Project narrative

On September 17, 2015, the Chinese Government donated two vehicle-mounted container scanners to the Government of Tunisia. The value of the donation was TND 12.8 million dinars. The scanners were earmarked for use by the Tunisian Customs in the Port of La Goulette (ميناء حلق الوادي) to improve the speed and efficiency of customs. The Chinese Government later two more mobile container scanners to the Port of La Goulette in 2017, as captured by Record ID#56669.
