Project narrative

On December 26, 2003, China's Ambassador to Tunisia Liu Yuhe and the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tunisia Saida Stiewi signed an exchange of notes for an embroidery, jewelry processing, and crochet training project. On August 16, 2005, the Counsellor of the Tunisian Embassy in China and the Director of the Office of the Minister of Women's Affairs of Tunisia signed the transfer certificate concluding the training of Tunisians in embroidery, jewelry processing, and crochet technology. The project has been successfully completed. A group of seven people from the embroidery group returned to Beijing on August 24, 2005.
