Project narrative

On December 18, 2006, the Chinese Government and the Government of Tunisia signed a handover certificate (Chinese agreement name: 《中华人民共和国向突尼斯共和国政府提供灭蝗援助交接证书》) for $500,000 USD from the Chinese Government for locust eradication efforts in Tunisia.
