Project narrative

On December 15, 2009, Li Beifen, the Chinese Ambassador to Tunisia and Elyès Kasri, Director General for the Americas and Asia of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tunisia, signed a handover certificate for the Chinese Government's provision of two batches of computer equipment worth RMB 37 million (7.4 million Tunisian dinars) to the Government of Tunisia. This donation included 6,600 computers and multimedia equipment and was intended improve the government's office conditions.
