Project narrative

On December 13, 2017, the Chinese Government officially delivered medical equipment to the Government of The Gambia at a handover ceremony held at the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital in Banjul. The Chinese government donated surgical instruments, baby health equipment and tablet medicines to the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital. According to the Health Commission of Liaoning Province, the donation had a value of RMB 700,000. Chinese Ambassador to the Gambia Zhang Jiming attended the handover ceremony.
