Project narrative

On June 1, 2012, the Chinese government, represented by Ambassador Yang Guangyu, donated school supplies to the Masaguet China-Chad Friendship School (马萨格特中乍友谊学校), a school which China had funded the construction of. The handover ceremony took place in Masaget City. The donation included schoolbags, a football, and other school supplies. The Economic and Commercial Counselor Zheng Wei, the Mayor of Marsaguete, the Superintendent of the Ministry of Elementary Education and Civic Education in Marsaguete, the principal of Friendship School and more than 700 students from the school attended the handover ceremony. The value of the donation is unknown.
