Project narrative

In 2010, the Government of People's Republic of China agreed to provide an interest free loan to Jamaica worth 20 million Chinese Yuan under an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement. In the 2017 Financial Statement report, the ETCA was being drawn upon in 2017. The uses and status of the ETCA are unknown.
