Levy Mwanawasa Stadium (also known as Ndola Stadium) is located along the T3 Highway in Ndola. The T3 is a Trunk Road in Zambia. Project narrative

In 2015, the Chinese Government and the Government of Zambia signed a USD 1.32 million grant agreement for Phase 1 of the Levy Mwanawasa (Ndola) Stadium Technical Assistance Project. The purpose of this project was to support the appropriate use and continued maintenance of the stadium over a period of two years. It started on September 1, 2015 and ended on August 31, 2017. The Chinese Government loaned $68 million USD for construction of the stadium back in 2009 (see Record ID#56956).
