Staff comments

This loan is not included In the database of Chinese loan commitments that SAIS-CARI released in July 2020. Sudan’s Ministry of Finance and National Economy identifies 'KAMOCO’ and 'GUANDHOA' as being involved in this project but no addtional information on these entities could be found. These are likely mis-spellings of Chinese words/names.
