Project narrative

On January 9, 2019, the donation ceremony of two sanitation vehicles from the Nanning City of Guangxi to Banjul City, the Gambia, was held. This ceremony was attended by Chinese Ambassador to the Gambia Ma Jianchun, as well as Ms. Luo Wei and Deputy Mayor Toure, CEO Batchelly, municipal committee members, and staff. It is noted that Nanning Municipal government donated the 2 vehicles but it was through the Chinese Embassy that delivered them. The vehicles will enhance public service, and aid in beautifying the city. The estimated cost of the vehicles is not known. This project is completed.
