Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

On December 17, 2013, the Chinese Ambassador to Libya, Li Zhiguo, donated prosthetic limbs, blankets, medical kits and other items to the Libyan Red Crescent Society on behalf of the Chinese Embassy of Libya. The humanitarian aid was intended for those disabled and displaced by Libya's February 17th Revolution (which saw the fall of Muammar Gaddafi's regime) in order to help them get through the winter.
