Description

On July 28, 2016, during the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation Beijing, China pledged to build a Big Data Center, as one of the ICT infrastructure engagement. The construction has not begun and no funding information is found. The project was agreed to under an ETCA (project #66607). This project is also linked to project #57301 which was agreed to under the same ETCA. The Burundi government reports "The Society of Raw Materials of Textile of SHANGHAI" as an implementor.
