Description

On February 26, 2019, the Chinese Ambassador to Sudan and President of the University of Khartoum signed off on a feasibility study for the International Conference Center Construction Project at the University of Khartoum. The current status of this project and the amount of Chinese funding involved is uncertain. At the same meeting, the two also signed off on a feasibility study for a Confucius Institute building (captured in Project ID#57330).
