Project narrative

On September 26, 2007, Assistant Foreign Minister Fu Ziying announced that MOFCOM would provide $300,000 grant to Mozambique to support reconstruction following a disaster. The handover ceremony occurred on November 1, 2007. The handover certificate was signed by Chinese ambassador to Mozambique, Tian Guangfeng and Paul Zukura, Mozambique National Disaster Management Director.
