Description

On November 14, 2017, China donated rice to Guinea-Bissau at the Presidential Palace in Guinea-Bissau. The purpose of the project was to combat food shortages in Guinea-Bissau caused by droughts. The size and value of the donation are unclear. In previous years, approximately RMB 5 million worth of rice was given out by the Chinese government to those in need. The project was completed with the donation's handover ceremony on November 14, 2017.
