Project narrative

On August 31, 2010, China provided Guinea-Bissau with a donation of $1.2 million worth of construction equipment. The donation consisted of tractors, excavators, and office equipment among other things. The project was delivered and completed on August 31, 2010 when the donation was handed over by Chinese Ambassador to Guinea-Bissau Yan Banghua to Guinea-Bissau's Minister of Combatants of Freedom of the Homeland Aristides Ocante da Silva.
