Project narrative

On August 15, 2003, the Chinese and Guinea-Bissaun governments exchanged letters on the donation of disaster relief supplies to help Guinea-Bissau eradicate a large-scale locust plague in its northeast. The emergency assistance was in the form of cash. The value and date of this project is unknown.
