Project narrative

In early 2005, the Chinese Government provided a $1.2 million grant to the Government of Guinea-Bissau to help it host the Cumunidade de Paises the Lingua Portuguesa (CPLP) Heads of State Summit in July 2006. The CPLP Summit is the meeting of governments from Portuguese-speaking nations. The exact project implementation start and end dates are unknown.
