Project narrative

In September 2017, China offered training to 7 technical experts from a hydropower company in Comoros. The technicians were brought to China where 4 participated in workshops on equipment and technology while 3 worked on power grid construction. The workshops were organized by officials from China's Ministry of Commerce and lasted from September 8 to the 28th. There are not avialable details as to the cost of the project. China provided similar training in October and November 2016 (Record ID#57397).
