This project was to donate computer equipment to the Congolese Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications, and the Digital Economy (French: Ministère des Postes, des Télécommunications et de l’Economie Numérique, or MPTEN) for the Mossaka Digital training center. MPTEN is located in Brazzaville, the capital and largest city of the Republic of the Congo. Brazzaville is located in the Brazzaville Department on the southeast border of the country. Project narrative

On November 12, 2018, the Chinese Embassy handed over a donation of computer equipment to the Congolese Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and the Digital Economy to support the project of equipping the digital training center for young people in Mossaka. The donation came from China's onsite storage, including laptops, desktops, printers, uninterruptible power supplies or inverters, and whiteboards of different sizes. According to the ADIAC source, this donation is estimated to be worth 17,000,000 CFA francs. Ma Fulin, the Chinese ambassador to the Congo, attended the handover ceremony.
