Project narrative

In February 2017, the Chinese Government agreed to donate 100 computers to Mozambique’s Parliament after meeting with Chairman of the National People's Congress Zhang Dejiang when the chairman of the National People ’s Congress Standing Committee Veronica Macamo visited China in February. The donation consisted of 50 laptops and 50 desktops, and it cost $148,000. On July 26, 2017, the computers were delivered.
