Project narrative

In 2008, the Chinese Government provided funding to the Government of Republic of Congo for Phase 4 of the Alphonse-Massamba Debate Stadium Technical Cooperation Project. The purpose of this project was to support the ongoing maintenance of the Alphonse Massamba-Debat stadium in the capital city of Brazzaville. Weihai International Economic & Technical Cooperative Co., Ltd. (WIETC) was the contractor responsible for implementation. The project was implemented between August 15, 2008 and August 14, 2010
