Project narrative

On May 20, 2017, the Chinese Vice Minister of Commerce, Qian Keming, visited Brazzaville and signed five cooperation agreements with Republic of Congo, including a USD 700,000 cash assistance for fighting small pox. The other four cooperation agreements are: a transition from analogue to digital television(#57584), the 3rd phase of the national telecommunications coverage(#57531), staffing of the general hospital equipment Loandjili Pointe-Noire(#57868), and a donation of RMB 100 million for unspecified purposes(#57955).
