Project narrative

On August 1, 2008, the Chinese government granted 7 million RMB worth of fertilizer (2000 metric tons) to support the Government of Malawi's Farm Input Subsidy Programme (FISP). This appears to be a one-time donation and will help alleviate fertilizer shortages.
