Project narrative

On June 5, 2014, the Chinese Embassy granted Malawi K20 million to construct the Dowa Youth Center and Teachers College in Malawi, according to the Chinese Embassy in Malawi. Construction began on June 5, 2014. The Embassy also equipped the youth center with computers, printers and internet routers. On July 26, 2016, a completion ceremony was held for the Chinese government-funded center. The Chinese government also funded a well for the youth center (captured in #58079).
