Project narrative

On July 26, 2016, the Chinese government handed over a well it had constructed in Dowa, Malawi. This handover ceremony occurred on the same day as the ceremony for the Dowa Youth Center and Teaching College (Record ID#58078), according to the Chinese Embassy in Malawi. According to the DAPP report, the borehole was worth K7 million. The well is to be used by the teaching college.
