Chinese Government provides RMB 300 million interest-free loan — via a February 2018 ETCA — for supply of equipment to University Center of Measurement and Analysis (CUMA)

On February 6, 2018, the Chinese Government and the Government of Senegal signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ECTA), in which the Chinese Government committed an RMB 300 million interest-free loan to supply equipment to the University Center of Measurement and Analysis (CUMA) at the Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar (UCAD). The agreement was announced during a signing ceremony between the Chinese Ambassador to Senegal Zhang Xun and Senegalese Minister of Economy, Finance and Planning Amadou Ba.

The borrowing terms of the loan are unknown.
