According to the report on allAfrica, on December 10, 2013, China ZTE (Zhongxing Telecommunication Equipment) company donated 20 laptops to the South Sudanese Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in order to enhance the work of the ministry. The value of the donation is unknown.
