Description

In December of 2015, at the Johannesburg South Africa Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, Chinese President Xi Jinping, announced that the pilot of an agricultural technologies center in Mali would be funded by China. The total cost of the project is unknown, though it was one of three projects that was slated to receive some amount of 30 billion CFA worth of financing from China.
