Description

On July 22, 2008, the Chinese government held a handover ceremony of anti-malaria drugs to support the at the Malian Ministry of Health. The drugs, which had a total value of 2 million RMB, were previously sent by air in two lots to Bamako. Chinese Ambassador to Mali, Zhang Guoqing, and Mali Health Minister, Umar Ibrahima Dour, signed the handover certificate.
