Project narrative

From December 11 to 14, 2007, during a state visit to Mali, the Chinese Vice Minister of Culture pledged to donate 200,000 RMB (over 15 million FCFA) worth of training supplies to Mali's Institute of Arts and Multimedia Crafts (Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers Multimédia Balla Fasséké Kouyaté (CAMM)).
