Project narrative

In 2013, the Chinese Government committed $561,653.51 for two bilateral training seminars for 55 Congolese officials. It is unknown when and where the seminars were held, as well as the subject of the seminars. Eventually, $562,691.92 was disbursed for the project. A similar grant was given in 2011, which is recorded in Record ID#58912. The French project title is Deux séminaires bilatéraux pour 55 fonctionnaires congolais (en 2013).
