Project narrative

According to the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s Aid Management Platform, the Chinese Government committed $3,466,204.51 in grant funding for the Comprehensive Government Office Building Design Project in 2013. This project involved the design of a four-story administrative building on Triumph Avenue in the Lingwala municipality (commune) within the Lukunga district of Kinshasa. As of July 2019, $2,083,567.79 of funding had been disbursed for this project. A separate Chinese Government loan supported the construction of the administrative building (see Record ID#58925). The French project title is Conception du projet de construction d'un bâtiment administratif.
