According to the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo’s Aid Management Platform (AMP), the Chinese Government agreed in principle to fund the construction of an university specializing in transport for Central Africa in the Democratic Republic of Congo through a grant. However, according to the AMP source, no funding has been disbursed for the project. It is also unclear if this pledge ever resulted in an official financial commitment.
