This project was to finance the construction of a dormitory at the Pierre Passy Middle School (French: Le collège Pierre-Passi) in the locality of Makounda, Republic of the Congo. Makounda is located in the Mayéyé District in the Lékoumou Department in the southern part of the country. Project narrative

On August 12, 2018, the Chinese Embassy in the Republic of Congo donated a batch of living and teaching materials to Pierre Passy Middle School in the Republic of the Congo. The donation was made during the completion ceremony of the new school building of Pierre Passi Middle School, which was financed and constructed by China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) (captured by Record ID#59284). Chinese Ambassador Ma Fulin attended the ceremony and made the donation. The founder of Passy Middle School, former ambassador to China, Vice President of the Constitutional Court, Passi, junior and intermediate education and literacy minister Makosso, the Lékoumou Department Governor, China Construction West Africa General Manager Shi Honggang, teachers and students of the school, and more than 200 local villagers attended the ceremony. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
