Full Description

Project narrative

On 2 and 3 September 2007, Chinese and Djibouti government officials signed letters of exchange for a project to provide 360 computers to the University of Djibouti. The value of this donation is unknown. The computers were delivered to the University of Djibouti on 20 January 2008. These computers were to be installed in the university’s 12 information technology rooms.
