On October 27th, 2018, Zhu Liying, Chinese ambassador to Mali, attended the 24th "Mutual Aid Month" (互助月) Paralympic Games event and donated materials to the event holders. The event was an athletic competition for disabled athletes. Liying presented prizes to the winning participants. The total cost of the donation is unknown.
