Project narrative

On May 29, 2018, the Chinese Embassy in DRC provided a check worth USD $1 million to the Government of the DRC for emergency assistance in fighting the Ebola outbreak in the country. At the handover ceremony hosted at the DRC's Ministry of Foreign Affairs the dignitaries in attendance included Ambassador Wang Tongqing, DRC's Foreign Minister Okitundu, and the DRC's Minister of Health Irenga among other respective government officials.
