Project narrative

On November 8, 2011, China donated an unspecified number of sewing machines to the 2nd district of Bamako in Mali. Chinese Counselor Guo Xueli and Ambassador Cao Zhongming attended the handover ceremony. Women's representatives from the 2nd district received the sewing machines.
