Project narrative

On August 10, 2011, the Chinese Embassy held a farewell party for the 31 Congolese recipients of the 2011-2012 Chinese Government Scholarship. The 31 freshmen will study in China for the 2011-2012 school year as part of the scholarship. The value of the scholarships and their nature are unclear.
