On December 13, 2007, the Chinese government granted 10 computers to the Democratic Republic of Congo Ministry of Higher Education. The value of the donation is unknown. The donation was reportedly a response of the Chinese government to the request of DRC's Ministry of Higher Education in August 2006. This project is completed.
