Project narrative

In May 2017, the Minister of Special Economic Zones announced that twenty young Congolese would to China to train for six months on Special Economic Zones (SEZ) in Suzhou City. Chinese Ambassador to Congo Xia Huang confirmed this information after an audience with Minister Akouala. This training is in conjuncture with China's involvement in the special economic zone in Pointe-Noire (described in #59586).
