Project narrative

On March 14, 2007, the Chinese Government held a handover ceremony for humanitarian assistance in Antananarivo. Chinese Ambassador, Li Shuli, and Malagasy Prime Minister, Government Head and Minister of the Interior, Charles Rabemanan Yala, attended the ceremony and signed the certificate. It is unclear what type of humanitarian assistance was provided.
