Project narrative

On December 11th, 2009, the Chinese Government donated a batch of aid relief materials to the Malagasy Disaster Relief Administration (BNGRC), according to the Chinese Embassy in Madagascar and Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. The materials included diesel generator sets, water pump sets, tents, mosquito nets, and quilts and bed sheets. Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Madagascar, Zhou Mansheng, and Executive Secretary of the BNGRC, Luis Miyaz, attended the handover ceremony and signed the certificate. Phoenix New Media also reported on the donation.
