Project narrative

On February 21, 2017, the construction of an ICT center at Lady Julia ICT Knowledge Community Center in Ghana was completed. The ICT center is a donation from the Chinese Embassy in Ghana. The handover ceremony was attended by Sun Baohong, Chinese Ambassador to Ghana. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
