Project narrative

On August 15, 2017, the Chinese Ambassador to Ghana, Sun Baohong, held a reception for the 65 Ghanaian students who had earned scholarships from the Chinese government. As of 2017, the Chinese Government has provided 1,006 government scholarships to Ghanaian students. 40 of the scholarship recipients were present at the reception. The specifics, including the length and financial value of the scholarships, are not known.
