Project narrative

On June 27, 2018, the Chinese government donated $500,000 USD to help with refugee resettlement in Uganda. The donation comes at a critical time for Uganda, as a UN report states that the refugee population in Uganda has grown by 44% in 2017. Over 1.4 million refugees were reported to be in dire need of relief.
