Project narrative

On June 23, 2006, the Chinese government committed $49,875.31 in grant funding to finance an expert team to conduct one study of an FM broadcasting project and another study of a television channel project. According to the Aid Management Platform (AMP) of the Government of Uganda's Ministry of Finance, Planning, and Economic Development, $49,321.82 was ultimately disbursed via this grant agreement through a single payment that took place on December 19, 2006.
