Project narrative

On July 15, 2009, the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia handed over computer equipment to the Ethiopian Radio and Television Agency (ERTA). Mr. Zhang Yuebang, Charge d’ affairs of the Chinese Embassy in Ethiopia, and Mr. Haileab Abraha, the Deputy General Manager of ERTA, signed the hand-over certificate. It is unclear how much the equipment cost.
