Project narrative

On April 17, 2019, the Chinese Embassy donated medical supplies worth USD 100,000 to the Ugandan government. The handover ceremony took place at the China-Uganda Friendship Hospital in Naguru, which is located within Kampala, Uganda. This hospital was built with Chinese aid in 2008 (Record ID#12177) China's agreement to send medical teams to Uganda every year also comes with donations of medical equipment.
